SKILL: Handstand holds and Handstand walks

W.O.D: 15 min AMRAP
An ascending ladder of… So the 1st round will be one rep of each, 2nd round will be 2 reps of each & so on.
-Pull-ups
-Push-ups(35/25)
-Sit-ups
-Med ball RDL’s (20/14)
